How to Make Homemade Peanut Butter Cookies

Oli and I were sitting in class just thinking about an article to do. We
thought about making a dessert. Who doesn't love desserts? So, we thought
about it a lot and even did a class vote on it. Finally, we decided to make
delicious , homemade peanut butter cookies. These cookies only take about
thirty minutes to make and only use three ingredients!
Ingredients
¾ cup of sugar
1 cup of creamy (or crunchy) peanut butter
1 large, beaten egg
Directions

roll into balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets and flatten with a fork.
Bake at 350° for about 18 minutes or until set. They will firm up more after they are out of the oven. Then remove to wire racks to cool.
