Navy Seals    by Nick F. and Aiden H
The Navy Seals were established in 1962 by John F. Kennedy,
but the Navy Seals were also operating during WWII and the
Korean War. By the way, there's a little history for you. The
Navy Seals  were still a Special Forces team, which was
backup for the Navy, but just not known like they are today.

Training
The training for Navy Seals is mentally and
physically challenging.  Nevertheless, they still
work the hardest. For example, Navy Seals training
last 8 weeks long and the training involves testing
your mental and physical skills.  One of the training
steps is to link arms and lay down next to the ocean
and be hit by massive waves for one whole day.
Training prepares the Navy Seals for anything to
happen in our country . The Navy Seal’s have to
get up at 4:30 am every day including the
weekends! As you can see, the Navy Seals
have a very harsh training.

On The Battlefield

Words of Brant Gleeson, a retired Navy Seal, said,
“In Africa, I gained a unique perspective on
teamwork.” I agree with Gleeson the Navy
Seals do need to have a lot of teamwork.  For
Example, the Navy Seals spend months in
places like Iraq and places where they could be
planning an attack or a ambush. So as you can
see the Navy Seals   have a very harsh training
which helps them in Iraq, and they have the
history to prove it.
